個盤賣左喇
因為家庭需要，希望搬出黎1個人住。所以最近開始上網做下功課，睇下有冇岩心水樓盤。大大話話睇左幾個月同用左幾個樓盤App，先發現好多App都好蠱惑，睇落呢個單位好荀，但原來打去問話賣左或話業主岩岩要加價。比晒「假希望」，浪費我的時間去問同搵，果一該，真心嬲。雖然聽人講，地產無個好，但最近有用過下呢個App， 總算有返d 良心，問返地產佬，起碼顯示價錢同業主開價差不多同埋大部盤都係有得買。減少左好多「假希望」。可惜呢個App 樓盤數量唔多，平面圖好差根本唔到單位間隔，仲有d 相同單位唔關事。點解市面上都無一個完全無假盤App!
