Our ribs are a restaurant favorite! They’re seasoned with our house dry rub, smoked with hickory wood using indirect heat for hours then topped off with our house bbq sauce. The customer will need plenty of napkins for this!

Our pulled pork sandwiches are made with tender pork shoulder smoked for hours over hickory wood using indirect heat. The sandwich is topped with our house bbq sauce and coleslaw that gives the sandwich the perfect “pop” the customer is looking for.

Our loaded fries is also a popular item on the menu that’s only available at the Rib Shack. These are fries seasoned with our house dry rub topped with meat of the customers choice (pulled pork, beef brisket, chopped chicken or rib tips), then topped with our house barbecue sauce then coleslaw right on top. This is an item that you’ll need a fork for.

Our chopped chicken sandwich is a great alternative for customers who don’t eat pork or beef but who love a delicious chicken sandwich topped with our house barbecue sauce.

Our beef brisket sandwich is also a favorite and a must try!

Our wings are simply to “die” for! They’re seasoned with our house dry rub then smoked on the smoker for hours then finished off in the fryer by the order then tossed in either barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, dry rub or lemon pepper flavors. If you close your eyes and picture heaven, well just try the wings!

Customers can compliment their meal with delicious sides of choice such as mac-n-cheese, baked beans or a piece of cornbread that’ll simply knock your socks off!
