Ok so I’m a pretty avid internet gambler and I will say that resorts has a fantastic selection of games, but that’s the only positive. I was a high level or higher level player with them at one point but between the app not working properly (right now I hit play to play the game and nothing happens, like it won’t launch the game) and the fact that when I do a withdrawal it takes up to 3 to 5 days to get paid is completely crazy. Almost every other casino has instant or payouts within 3 hours of putting in a withdrawal for the money you’ve won. Not to mention when you try to talk to some of the customer service reps about the money you’re waiting on you get treated like you’re bothering them. It’s really unbelievable and frankly very disappointing. Being that they are one of the smaller operators you think they’d try to cater to the player and keep the players they have. I know nothing will come of this and I’m not looking for a handout by any means but if you want to keep the players happy maybe someone should think about trying to win back people like me with no deposit bonuses and having someone reach out to us!!

They have no problem taking your money, but they do have a problem giving it to you. My checking account has a different last name due to me recently getting married. I’ve had no other problems with any other casino app. For a few months I’ve had no problem getting my withdraw, but for the last three weeks they have put my withdraw on pending. First they asked for a picture of my CC and my debit card… I sent both (which I received no notification of them asking for these documents, I had to speak with multiple people first to find out what was going on). After both were reviewed my withdraw was still pending. Then they asked for My marriage license, which I provided, but only after I asked again what the problem was. Every time I try to chat with someone I get disconnected and have to start the chat over again. My withdraw is still pending and I’m getting impatient. Once I get my withdraw this will be the last time I ever use this app!!!!!

You will have no problem depositing money but the level of difficulty withdrawing funds should be illegal. I have been attempting to withdraw my initial deposit back from the site for 3 weeks and customer service is clueless and rude. I am being asked for documentation for an account that no longer exist nor did I make a deposit from. I have provided documentation and bank statements for the account I made the initial deposit from and still being given the run around about being able to withdraw. The promo/bonus is a joke, so much so that I forfeit the bonus and opted to just withdraw my initial deposit which has been in and out of pending withdraw status over the past 3 weeks. The links to set up PayPal withdraw option doesn’t work. Setting up the casino play+ card option has been unsuccessful. The site is a scam. The only other option is to withdraw from the cage which will require me to drive 50 mins to AC and I’m sure that I am going to get the run around attempting to do so. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
