Renpho Health is the best helper in your journey to becoming fitter. The cloud-based App’s intelligent data analysis and tracking abilities makes it your perfect digital personal helper. It can even convert your data stored over time into charts and reports that can easily be shared by e-mail and multiple social media channels. On top of all that, your entire family can use the App! Renpho Health allows the user to create multiple personal profiles to keep your data separated.
When you use our smart body scales measuring body composition , weight, percentage of body fat , fat weight, height, body mass index (BMI), height and resting calorie consumption data will be synchronized to HealthKit in.
How to connect to Apple Health:
1. After install the Renpho Health App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Health to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
2. Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Health, tap Turn All Categories On;
3. After authorization, your Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Lean Body Mass will be synchronized to Apple Health.

Update! CS for the win!
Update: how often is it that you actually get a response from a big corporation? Not often. Renpho came through. I was given a couple tips & tricks & I’m happy to report they worked. Besides what the app tells you when you get the error message, stay on the scale until the display goes off. However, I think what worked was putting a bit of lotion on my feet. I do tend to have dry feet-especially as the cooler months approach & first thing in the morning. Just a tiny bit on each foot-don’t ask me why it works but it does.
I’m leaving my original comment up in case others have the same issue.
I’ve been using this scale for a long time & just recently started having issues with it tracking ALL the measurements. No matter where I put the scale on my tile floor, it gives me the error & says that not all data will be recorded. Swapping to new batteries does nothing. It may be time to start searching for a more reliable product.

Hi customer, sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you use the body fat scale but the app only displays the weight and BMI, it means you connected your phone to the scale but the bio-impedance technology is not detecting you. Please double-check the following and confirm if you do it correctly:
1. The scale needs time to completely finish the weighing process. Please stand on the scale until the weighing screen shuts down (about 15 seconds).
2. Make sure your feet are bare and the surface of the scale is clean.
3. Stand firmly on the scale, touching 4 electrode areas uniformly.
4. Try applying moisturizer to your feet and measure again.
5. Ask another person to stand on the scale to see if the bio-impedance detects them.

Company needs to finish fixing their latest updates
When I first started using this app and scale, I LOVED it. Then a few weeks ago they made the most awful and ridiculous changes. Everyone in my FB groups that had been using the app prior to the updates have become very frustrated and annoyed, especially with the changes that were made to the home/start screen. It was so awful that the FB support group for this product was filled with complaints. We kept being promised that due to user feedback they would bring back features that existed before. Finally, today at least one feature is back, the color coding of the data in the body composition screen. However, this latest update (6.6.6) I think it is, does not fix two issues. First, there is still a bug with displaying the correct starting weight in the “all” trend graph and the “year” trend graph. The second thing is on the home/start screen they have not put back the ability to see at a glance how much weight to lose to goal, body fat % to lose to goal, etc. Finish fixing things please and I can go back to this product and app being on my highly recommend list.

Regarding the trend page, please note the app will display the average of all these readings instead of the starting weight. Messes up Bluetooth
This app somehow messes up the Bluetooth connectivity on my phone (both 13 pro and 14 pro). If you are having drop outs when playing music over BT (car, headphones , doesn't matter) you can probably fix it by removing Bluetooth access from this app and rebooting your phone.
I spent months frustrated with BT dropouts. All music apps, in my car, multiple BT headphones all had dropouts at random times. I even wasted the money upgrading my 13 pro to a 14 pro thinking I had a hardware problem, and imagine my frustration when the problem happened on the new phone. I finally found advice online to disable all Bluetooth access and turn on apps one at a time. It turns out when this app has access and I’ve used the scale a few times the dropouts come back. I’ve since found other people in message threads about this problem who have tracked it to this app.
I was previously using the now outdated Renpho app when I found this problem. I went months without using the scale and recently decided to try again with this new Renpho Health app. Same problem. Weighed in 3 times and had Bluetooth dropouts again despite not having a single drop out since I stopped using the old app.
