I’ve seen a few designs using this app and decided to give a whirl. First I had a hard time navigating the app, there are many design options but each one such as painting walls or changing the floors requires separate actions that cost points each time you use. Also, I could not locate a how to page that may simplify the best way to navigate the app. AI works OK but often times makes simple errors such as generating different cabinet door styles to a single cabinet. Each regeneration of image also costs points. Fairly expensive to use. I understand part of this may be user error but again, figuring out how to use the tools and the best techniques could not be located. The custom paint tool for walls offers little customization, so staying in the lines of a space is very difficult if not impossible. The AI wall color also adds little adjustments to color (using a pre selected palette) and does not seem to mirror colors well. Example: choosing the darkest black and it turn the walls a dull gray. I chose to not play with all of the functions after basic changes could hardly be made. One part I enjoyed was the AI room design where you could pick and add multiple design styles, still they were almost over designed elements even when adjusting for levels of change.

This app completely transformed the way I envisioned my home's exterior. The exterior re modeling feature is incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn't particulary tech-savvy. I was able to easily upload a picture of my house and start experimenting with different paint colors, siding options, and even landscaping ideas.
