The new Real Authentication app is revolutionary. I’ve been using Real Authentication for a couple years now and there is no other business I would trust to authenticate my bags. I buy a sell bags on a daily basis. Real Authentication has found fakes for me before I made the purchase. Real Is Better!
Super excited to see the RA app get an update! The process was easy, the app is smooth to browse my orders and the turnaround time was quick. You can upload pics from your phone and they provide what photos are needed in advance. I buy a lot of pre-loved items and you can never be sure of authenticity these days. I love the add-ones like the authenticity card which I always order in case I decide to re-sell later on. Looking forward to using RA again soon!!
Unreliable- no customer service communication
I had to pay $90 to have a Chanel bag authentication done because the first time I submitted photos of the original bag they stated that they couldn’t certify the authentication process and gave me a credit back to my app . I resubmitted the next day with a 12 hour turnaround service because I was under a deadline from the day before so I am up to a $60 fee with a copy of the original certification from the other sellers website and they said they made a mistake but they charged me twice- that should’ve been a refund. In addition I had no way to reach then no phone number no email response so I was forced to submit a second authentication request what a racket
