Very very useful for athletes
Real trash
The coach can block you and you can’t get your money back!!! On other hand, they send you prepared plan and they are not useful for home training and so. Not recommend anyway!!!!

As you know, Rambody is a platform with professional tools to connect personal trainers around the world with their current clients to provide them customized plans.
That is why there is not any list of trainers on Rambody. So, you have to know your trainer's ID and trust them in advance before registering in the app.
Forasmuch as Rambody has no in-app payment, you pay directly to your trainer. This subject has been mentioned when you order a plan and warned you in advance.
