QRyde Driver App 4+

I use this professionally. It is the worst app I’ve ever used. If it wasn’t required by my company I would have uninstalled it on day one. Why? It is glitchy beyond reason. Text and icons flash and disappear or are displayed in the wrong areas. It crashes constantly. It never, NEVER, displays all the icons that should be on the screen. It transposes locations, putting destinations under different names. It has only been getting worse to use over the last year I’ve been forced to use it. If QRyde were a restaurant I’d leave without paying.

So when I originally downloaded this app it worked ok. Then since My first update (because I have a newer iPhone with OLED screen I use dark mode to save battery) having it in Dark Mode I am no longer able to see the clients name & if I click on the i icon I can’t see any info unless I turn Dark Mode off. As a result My battery life is increasingly suffering. As I work long hours 6 days a week I used to only need to charge once during My work day now more like twice during My work day. Towards the end of the first update right before this most recent update the app would crash when I was attempting to click on the green check and the board button. I figured it must need and update sure enough it did so I made My second update to this app. Now every time I click the green check and board button the app closes if I am in the app for like more than 15 - 20 seconds trying to read the info in the app the app closes. If we are required to use this app for work it is so not ready for Prime Time. There is so much about it that needs tweaks and fixes before MassHealth makes this required. Have you even done Alpha or Beta testing? Or are we those Guinea Pigs?

The app has always ran slow and glitched often. But on Friday, it froze and hasn’t worked since. I’ve deleted and re download and the same results
