Insurance cards
I am not able to open the insurance cards on my phone. Therefore I couldn’t use it at the medical center
Unable to start
After several trials, I was still unable to signup as a new user cause the message " invalid signup details " keeps popping up, the process is not intuitive and without signing up the app is useless !!
Claims tracking poor
The app loads but claims submission
and tracking is not working.
When claims are submitted through web, it is not linked to Mobile App and is not visible.
