Q-Plus Adjustable Remote 4+

My base is connected to this app, the matching remote layout is selected, but when I try adjusting the base using this app, nothing happens. Prior to the last update, the app worked for my base. The new app version seems to have broken something. I’ve tried reconnecting the base, toggling the app’s remote selector, and even went so far as to delete and reinstall the app. The app says my base is connected, but doesn't move my bed. The physical remotes work, but this app no longer does. Very disappointing.

The basic controls function well. It’s great for when the bed is upright and I’ve dropped the remote on the floor and can’t reach it.
What doesn’t work for me is the alarm. I set it and save but it really doesn’t save anything. It has the option to wake to zero g which seems weird. I would much rather be able to wake to the massage feature and one of my memory settings. I would also like to the option of no sound on the alarm, just the massage and memory setting. If the company can get the alarm to work and make those changes I’d gladly give it five stars. A bonus would be the ability to operate it through Amazon’s Alexa devices.

I just bought a brand new bed from this company, and was very disappointed to find that their iPhone app used to control the adjustable base, is completely inaccessible to me, as I use voiceover to access what is on my screen. There are many unlabeled buttons. The only area of this app that appears to be fairly accessible, is where the app's settings are configured. Please do better.
