PUMA | Clothes & Sneakers App 4+

In the 5th grade—1980, Pele, the soccer legend, was my hero. I saw a photo of him with Puma sneakers on, so I figured those were the best sneakers on Earth. More about that.

On the last day of 4th grade I got the worst news of my life—my parents were getting divorced and I had to move with my mom to another town.

We were broke—like no shoes broke—so when I tried out for the soccer team, I had no sneakers let alone cleats. I had to hide my feet from the coaches line of sight until I hit the field.

I played my heart out—made the team, but the astonished coach made me promise to have proper footwear when we start practices.

Thank goodness that weekend my father made one of two visits during those years in Fresno—and he took me to a thrift store where I found a pair of Puma American football cleats—the wrong shoe, but was in my size and the price was right. I didn’t care—they were PUMA!!!

The kids made fun of me but they shut up on the field.

The app is sleek, fast, looks great👍🏽! There is a super annoying problem, it will go BLANK while you’re searching.
Example: I was looking at a certain Clothing feature, mixed with shoes👟, clothes👕, accessories. After putting a couple thing in my cart🛒 and saving a couple for later, the screen goes completely blank, like Blizzard🌨️ white screen🤬 Then I have to reload the recommended items, filters, blah blah, and start over. Starting over in a search is the worst way to shop online, and the fastest way to lose revenue. Being able to pickup where a shopper leaves off is crucial to online shoppers!! That’s some free advice PUMA! I’m a Data/Process Engineer👨🏽‍💻I understand the issue/s, I’m available to consult if PUMA needs!! This completely negates all the great things I said at the beginning. There are a couple smaller issues, but fix the first one, as that correction will bring up a few more. ✌🏽

I would rather walk barefooted thru 100 miles of glass than wear a puma product I’m livid wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to buy a single product from their drop and couldn’t just because their app crashes 100 times try to pay doesn’t work 100 times try add an item to your cart doesn’t work the fact that they make this garbage app exclusive just for the app not to work, waited 1 month for this garbage just to not be able to buy a single item even though I have them in my cart after 100 different attempts cause their app is the worst design and can’t load anything for more than 2 seconds and the checkout doesn’t work with multiple bugs no matter what honestly I will never buy a product from this company again One Piece should have done a colllab with literally any other shoe company
