Ratings and Reviews
Finally got to this
I’ve had this on my phone for a while now and decided to play it this afternoon. I couldn’t put it down.
The story and soundtrack is just so interesting. The app is put together in a way that makes you question things and keeps you frustratingly on the edge of your seat. It’s an oddly complex story that sometimes seems like it doesn’t take itself seriously but there’s more to it than that.
I’m glad I got a chance to finally experience this.
Unsure
Ive read the first chapter, unsure if the writer doesn't know how to make a story or has something coming in later chapters that proves me wrong, but so far its been pretty draining and depressing. I don't understand why the introduction seemed to have no interest in grabbing the reader, but quite the opposite. A girl has a lot of problems that don't really seem to be "fixable", which the writer is good at making obvious, a female who is an outcast in society and has nothing to live for and no morals, which may be connected to her dream. She is basically a zombie, and at the end of the first chapter she ends up brutally killing a police officer for firing upon her, seems like the right thing to do, it was self defense, but it feels like a villain backstory. She seems to be the antagonist of her own story, a menace to the people around her and online.
The game starts by saying "no minors" but I kinda feel like this was made by a minor, it feels like immature writing, but hey, like I said maybe there are connections and she changes for the better, but I don't know if I'm going to keep reading this depressing story unless I see some foreshadowing of that. But it is interesting enough to have me find out myself, so I give a star for that at least.
memes aside it’s actually really good
It’s a lot more dark & mature than previous works which shall not be named, and it looks like it’s been structurally planned out so that’s a huge plus!! The soundtrack is stellar as always and I’m really into the storyline so far.
If you were ever into HS, it’s definitely worth the $10 for the nostalgia alone.
Also v excited for the clowngirl.
