Enter dimensions, details and photos into the Promatic WorkTracker app for Water Mitigation, Fire Damage, Abatement Services, and any other Reconstruction / Repair Services to document and support your activities.
WorkTracker app will calculate the appropriate number of air movers and dehumidifiers based on the IICRC S500 Standards.
Our software enables you to utilize your existing mobile device to easily:
Capture and upload photos immediately with cell service or store them to upload with Wifi.
Add job material notes verbally and through text.
Calculate needed equipment based on IICRC S500 standards.
Add multiple rooms to multiple chambers
Add multiple materials to each room
Add and remove equipment
Create repair estimates based on information entered into the app
Create standalone repair estimates within the app
Proactive Compliance Management with push alerts before you leave the job site
Alert management set around dates remind you of upcoming due dates
Additional add on modules allow for automated equipment billing through Promatic AssetTracker assigned to each piece of equipment and auto-calculation of labor hours on the job.

Please update this so when we go to update readings and materials, the materials are always gone and we’re forced to create new ones and then we’re out of compliance because of this. Needs major update. Costing us hundreds per month it being out of date.

Worst app ever
I have been in restoration for 8 years and have worked with several apps this one is the most un user friendly took me a few hours just to add pics to a existing claim loss of rooms from different days just the worst experience I’ve ever had with a app our business stop using the lead company just because of the app

Sorry you feel this way. We have many users who like the way the app works and find it reduces the time to enter required readings and photos. By design you cannot add photos to previous days readings as that can be misleading. You can quickly add photos for up to 4 hours after readings have been entered for that room or material. After the 4 hours has expired (eg. on the second day) you must update your room and material readings and during that process you can add new photos. These rules are in place to improve data integrity and prevent misleading information. Our training department is available to provide training 1-855-448-0777
