I have never successfully checked-in nor check out of my hotel room using this app. There is always an error or the page never loads. Front desk never knows the issues. Developers need to update and fix the functionality asap.

Not sure what purpose this app serves. Unable to load a confirmed reservation. Unable to check in or check out. Management and front desk are unaware of issues or solutions.
