Postnatal Pilates by Reform provides you with a range of quick and effective workouts designed to strengthen and tone your post baby body. Grab some ‘me time’ to do something for YOU! Tone your bum, belly and legs and release your back. Get ready to feel good!

Motherhood presents a number of new and demanding mental and physical challenges. Pilates exercises will help with self-esteem, confidence and energy levels. Taking care of baby(s) require a strong core and flexible spine when lifting car seats in/out or holding baby while juggling shopping. The daily demands of a new mom can be lightened with a little pilates 'me time'.

The workouts contained in this App contain a series of specific exercises designed to gently build deep abdominal and lower back strength and assist with recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. Each workout consists of a series of floor exercises that can be completed anytime, anywhere, with or without your baby. Choose a workout from the Postnatal App that fits with your lifestyle and your goals and enjoy dedicating time to yourself.
