Description
PortAPPorta is the new ERSU application that makes Separate Collection even easier for users of the Municipalities served by ERSU. The application locates your position and automatically associates your user curbside collection calendar. You will be notified of the days and times of collection, you can book services and report abandonments, and have all the information about ERSU collection centers, plants and services. A free application that represents a useful tool for citizens, who will be able to communicate directly and immediately with the company.

- Push Notification Management
- Viewing notifications: A new dedicated section has been introduced where it is possible to consult all the notifications received in the last 30 days. Notifications are sorted chronologically from newest to oldest and accessible by clicking on the bell icon on the home screen.
- Direct access to notifications: By interacting with a notification, the app will automatically open the related section
- Status of Reports
- It is now possible to monitor the progress of each report directly from its detail.
- Greater transparency in tracking requests sent to the collection body.
- Deletion of Reports
- Users can now delete reports directly from their detail page, ensuring greater control in managing requests.
