在使用cocoapods进行组件化开发时，组件的发布，以及发布后代码的同步过程比较繁琐，如果组件数量较多，每次发版，以及发版后同步代码都会花费很多的时间。Pod Publisher 可以实现如下功能：
1，从podfile中扫描待发版的组件
2，通过手动批量复制粘贴的形式导入待发版的组件
3，组件批量发布，发布成功或或失败都可以导出发布记录
4，发布成功后可以将最新的组件版本同步到podfile
5，批量将组件代码同步到指定的分支
6，组件发布前进行一些必要检测，避免一些不必要的失误
