Needs major improvements

First off there is no auditory alert or notification for when a car is requested unless you have a pair of headphones in and your phone is off silent. Secondly the key scrub is horrendous. When checking the guest information the list is not in alphabetical or numerical order. It’s just random. A task that could take 10-15 mins now takes an hour. My manager sent a message a few weeks after we implemented this new system saying our service standards are low and that they will be scheduling more people per shift. So not only is the system inefficient but now we will be suffering monetarily too. Please fix.

AVOID AT ALL COST

The people that work for this company are scum and I’ve dealt with them on multiple occasions, I’m guessing they get paid by how many cars they can boot because it’s unbelievable me and my girlfriend parked in a pmc spot to run into chipotle to pick up our online order keep in mind it’s the weekend and we’re in from parking is free on the streets but there was no available spots so we parked in a pmc spot directly next to the chipotle we walk in and grab our food and walk out all of this is happening in under 10 minutes next thing you now we see this lady booting the car with a 140$ fine now understandably we could’ve paid the 12$ fee to park for an hour but 12$ to run into chipotle which is more than half of my 18$ meal are you serious ? I ask the lady if there was anything to do I even offered her 75$ cash to take it off because me nor my girlfriend had a 140$ to pay as we’re both college students which she responded with “ what you guys don’t have a family or something to pay it for you” after that it was hard not to catch an assault charge but at the end of the day I’m down 140$ and will never use a pmc spot again in my life.

The truth? It is awful

Nothing about this app has made the life of the people who use it better. As a matter of fact it has quite literally had the opposite effect. Will the tech team (who quite obviously wrote the two most recent glowing reviews) tell you any of this? Of course not. They’ve created an app that’s made both the teams on the ground and the guests unhappy. But hey, those sweet service charges sure have been a money making boon, huh?
-has significantly slowed service times across the board
-insanely simple fixes to insanely maddening issues (removing guest phone numbers, inability to change from daily valet to overnight and vice versa, simply being able to remove a ticket when a guest decides not to valet) would be welcome, but rectifying these simple issues does not seem to be a priority. The tech team can’t be bothered. And why should they? This thing is a money printing machine for PMC.
-They know they have an inferior product (witness the nationwide meltdown last week) and they know it.
Will this review make any difference? Don’t be silly. The folks on the ground will continue to be the faces for a piece of technology that’s been a thorough failure in every way other than making money for the company- all while the brass and tech team high five each other with every raise in revenue they create for themselves.
Guest be experience be da***d, i guess.

Hello TarverYurt,

Could you explain how the app has significantly slowed down service? It would be very helpful to us. We know it’s different than what you’re used to, but most sites are experiencing much better service since using this app. Please reach out to us via the support page and we can share with you tips and tricks on how to improve your experience.

The issues you bring up are decisions leadership has made to improve guests experiences.
- We removed guest’s phone numbers due to a number of security issues.
- The ability to change rates is on our to-do list, but we’ve found a number of issues and haven’t been able to release it yet.
- We removed the ability for valets to delete tickets due to valets abusing the system.

The issue last week was an outage from our service provider that nationwide many companies experienced. It was fully recovered within two hours, and was the only outage experienced by this provider since we’ve released this app.

If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us. We are building this app together and we really value your input!
