Just Like The Game, But Different…

And not a game at all, though it is fun! Free bonus when signing up, simple process, takes perhaps ten minutes at most: A breeze compared to competitor apps. Very intuitive, user-friendly, and money choices are plentiful, however you want it, crypto, stocks, ETFs, it has a search database; that is again, very simplistic, it almost just guides you freely through the process. I was up and going in a day, got my bonus in two business days of being approved, made my first purchase in less than a day, have grown substantially since then, and I have had zero problems, zero sweaty moments, zero concerns of any kinds. I can’t recommend any stock app aside from Plynk for those reasons! I just can’t, even with the Good Lord behind me. This is good stuff, join now, you won’t regret it! The learning curve is a smooth one!

Zero stars if I could

This app is utter garbage. Plynk is utter garbage cant withdraw to any account. Chime, capitol one all errors when my information all matches and is legitimate there's always a banking issue that will not let me withdraw. Support responds when they want and I will be closing my account as soon as I can get the funds out of it. They need to upgrade to plaid or something whatever system they use is outdated and it makes me think it is all a scam with the lack of knowledge on how to fix these errors. Oh your bank rejected we need a copy of your account statement. I send said statement and their response is oh because it was rejected before we can't link it…..huh? Try my capitol one account and my “account information does not match so it can't be linked. Same name phone number and address on both accounts, then they link it manually and when I try to withdraw there's a bank error please
Contact support. I do and they don't respond. Stay away from them there are far better investing apps that will give you no issues oh and to top it off the only support channel is email! LOL so if you want support you needn't email them back and forth like its the year 2000 complete utter useless garbage.

Misleading

Was not super interested in another application for crypto and quick investing as I leverage a few already. But, there was a booth that offered up to $135 for three different offers in “free” money, pending you abide by the terms of the offers. The first offer was for $10 to sign-up and connect my bank account. I did this, no bonus money was received. Another offer was if you moved $75 into my portfolio for investing, they would match this. Again, I did not receive the bonus offer. Gave it a few days to confirm the money clears, still nothing.

The app was very simple and easy to use, user experience-wise. However, I personally didn’t enjoy it because though it was simplistic, this caused a lot more clicks to get to information than other applications I have used. My preference.

I did forgo moving my other investment over because I couldn’t find out how other than selling them in the other app and repurchasing in this app.

Because I didn’t like how their offers were misleading and due to the other preferences above, I requested to cancel and close the account. Had planned to replace CashApp with this, but that idea is axed. Albeit, I didn’t even reach out to their customer service, I didn’t feel I should have had to for the offers or for transfers. Seems pretty basic that you should be able to make transfers and that a business lives up to their advertised offers without it turning into a support ticket and/or conversation.
