PLAYFUL REWARDS: Earn Rewards 4+

Update: today is Wednesday and I have been emailing customer service since Monday about not receiving credits that I’m missing from multiple levels in the game and no one has contacted me yet. I haven’t played any games just because I haven’t been receiving my coins!!

I like that this is actually legit and you can pay out starting at $10 but two things I don’t like is that for one there aren’t a lot of gaming options… there should be a bigger variety of games. And the other problem is that with certain games or after you completed a certain number of milestones to get your coins they don’t register. Emailing customer service helped me out a lot with giving me my missing rewards/coins and even giving me a little more coins than I needed just because I kept having trouble. But I shouldn’t have to contact them after every milestone to let them know I haven’t received anything. Especially because they do take a long time to reply back.

At first I thought this was great, it was giving me coins when I completed tasks almost instantly and I was racking them up. I’m currently sitting with about $75 worth of coins which is great. But I should have a lot more, because the app skipped a bunch of tasks and didn’t give me credit. One game I’m playing gives coins for each level gained, and from level 12-16 I got no coins even though it says I finished those tasks. There’s also a special event going on where I had a week to complete a list of tasks for $200. I got to step 4 out of 5 and it just stopped registering anything. I had to get to level 15 in the game for step 4, and I’m at level 23 now and it still hasn’t updated. It’s been days. The event now ends in 6 hours so looks like I won’t be getting that $200. I’ve messaged support in the app AND emailed over all this issues and haven’t had any response now. There was also an issue of a task popping up to spend $20 and I’d get $25 worth of coins back, so I spent $20 and it didn’t register that I had - so I just wasted $20 for nothing on a game I don’t even like. I messaged support about that too and again, no response. So I would highly recommend NOT doing those tasks, or do so at your own risk (I did do some smaller ones that worked).

*edit to add, I was able to successfully cash out through PayPal. I’ve read some other reviews saying they had issues, but I did not. It arrived same day in my PayPal account.

I first I thought this app was gonna be pretty legit just a grind for the money which I understand when it comes to these apps. I downloaded it and was stoked to get this deal of $200 reward if I finished a 5 step challenge for 2 games in the span of 7 days. The ones I downloaded and got challenges for seemed actually doable as well. I ended up grinding lots of hours into both games just to even get to step 2. The thing was, when I completed the step, it did not track my progress on the Playful Rewards half way through. I figured it would just take time to update the progress, and the time was still ticking, so I kept playing these games in my wake. In conclusion, it has yet to update the progress and my email to customer support has not been answered. Huge disappointment in time and the money I wasted in one purchase to help myself progress through one of the games; which I did not even like playing. Anyways, I would keep leveling up in these games and progressing through the steps so I can complete the $200 challenge. (So I can still have it finished if they do respond.) However, they hide the next steps until you complete the previous ones so I don’t know how much more effort I should be putting if i did decide to keep playing.

PS- This app supposedly gives you money back on some offers if you spend money in certain games. I spent money on one and it never tracked it either.
