We apologize for the bad experience you had, but this is a normal subscription between you and the AppStore. When you subscribe to membership, Apple will show you the terms and price and require further confirmation from you before making a purchase. The specific confirmation method will be based on the purchase settings on the device, such as password/fingerprint/facial recognition.
