App won’t continue with gift card payment

When I try to enter and pay with a gift card, it accepts the number that I input but then doesn’t take me to where I can use it to finalize the order. This makes getting the gift cards and using them on this app impossible. Please fix.

Online ordering doesn't work

This is what I get when trying to place my order. The store is clearly open because I called.

"Something Is Wrong Online ordering is unavailable at this time. Please use the location finder to try another location nearby."

App is NOT customer friendly!!!

First time placing an order. I picked the store and when I ordered it and paid I noticed it sent me to a different store. Although the substitutions for personalized drinks are easy and user friendly, the app is plain and boring. You can only call the store you ordered from to handle any mistakes mishaps or issues. There is no way to cancel an order and when I called the store the poor girl was so busy and didn’t know what or how to deal with the cancellation and refund. Not her fault. Waiting on a call back to see if I can get refunded. Wish me luck!
