- Manage consumers live in-house

The In-Progress tab shows all the live activities going on at your establishment right now. When consumers arrive, you check them into your establishment and assign them a table (or they can do it themselves by scanning the Table QR code). Here, the business' staff manage consumers live orders, and consumers themselves can request to order, should you so desire it (see Business Customisation Features). The In-Progress section flows smoothly from consumer, to floor staff, to kitchen and vice versa, linking all elements of the live plan together.

- Manage booking requests from consumer

PLANA Business allows you to receive various types of booking requests from consumers; from small bookings to large parties. Respond to them in anyone of 6 ways; confirm, confirm after prepayment, require more info, waitlisting, reject and chatting with consumers directly to ask questions. Choose whichever option suits you, and manage them all in your Bookings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Our payments collection and bill-splitting system is revolutionising the way businesses collect money. Time delays in generating bills, staff time wasted on collecting payments are all a thing of the past with PLANA's payment collection features. Simply check your live tables to see if they've paid or not, and the money will be paid out to your account on payout day.

- Unique system of sub-user access and in-house communication.


All of your business' staff members can be using PLANA Business without any additional hardware besides their existing phones or tablets. You as the business owner/manager, create the business account and assign sub-users to the account based on where they work in the establishment. Eg; waiters only get access to the 'Booking' and 'In-progress' tabs, whilst kitchen staff get access only to the 'Kitchen' screen.
