LOVE their pizza, but the app was always glitchy for me and I couldn’t use my rewards properly. With this new update on the app, I have not been having any issues and they completely changed the app making it super easier to redeem rewards, check progress of the order, and supply many new details on their menu. 10/10, update was very much needed, thank you! :)
Didn’t get my free pizza reward and can’t order in the app
Terrible app, why does the app ask me to download the app when that’s what I’m using? Also it said if I used the app and ordered a specialty pizza I’d get a free pizza. Well I ordered the speciality Diablo pizza and I got NO REWARD. I can’t even place an order. There’s no way for me to check my cart and no way to check out. It’s ridiculous. I love pizza patron and I thought the app would be great and convenient but it’s just so frustrating. I deserve my reward and I shouldn’t have to spend 30 minutes trying to place a simple order. I ended up having to go to the website. This app needs to be updated and fixed or I’ll just order from dominos next time.
Works but not Intuitive
The app works but it is just not very intuitive. I’ve had issues in the past where I couldn’t access the cart because it was hidden behind a banner. Selecting some of the topping options for half and half pizzas is not simplistic though I think it used to be. Aesthetically-wise the app looks good, but from a user experience standpoint I think there could be improvements to make the options more seamless to select and for less complications in the ordering process. Pizza is great though!
