Ratings and Reviews
Very cool concept
The images are so vague and aren’t perfect representations of the media you’re trying to guess, but that’s the best part honestly. A picture with weird shapes that don’t look like anything pops up and somewhere in my brain instantly goes “oh yeah that’s Twin Peaks”
You’re not really guessing based on what’s in the image, but more the general vibe it gives off and the fact I can somehow recognize so many of these indistinct pixel blobs is kinda amazing. Anyway, AI art is cool and so is this app. The ads are relatively unobtrusive and short with none of the content locked behind a paywall.
Only thing I’d like to see is possibly an option to hide/collapse puzzles you’ve already solved so it’s easier to go back and look at the unfinished ones again
Really fun!
It is impressive how well the algorithms represent games in pixel art form. Well worth a download. The ads weren’t too intrusive and it’s not an app where 90% is hidden behind a paywall (you can also donate to the developer to get rid of all ads). Highly recommend!
Surprisingly fun with one flaw
A very lovely time killer! I just wish it worked offline. I even paid the $3 hoping it would enable offline play. I’d love to play this on a flight!
Developer Response ,
Glad you enjoyed it, Jonny! The first versions I released did have offline play but unfortunately there’s so many puzzles with so many animations that the download size of the app became gargantuan, and nobody wanted to have over 2 gigs free for a little quiz app, haha.
I’ll see if I can work out a way to download packs or categories on demand in the future!
Thanks for your review, please tell your friends!
