Bait and switch

Lifetime users of the old pile are left having to pay for this “new” version. The old Pile was updated to be annoyingly frustrating to use by opening a pop up everything you click on something telling you to just go and download this “new” app instead. So now people who had the lifetime version of the old pile can’t use it without getting nagged and they have to download this version and pay for the features that we already had. On top of that, this “new” version is even worse, there is so many features missing and you can’t even import all your stuff from the old version to this new one.

Previous Lifetime purchases were invalidated

This company is running a total scam and knowingly refuses to honour previous lifetime purchases from the old Pile app in this new app.

Do not trust them with your money or your data.

Abandoned and then relaunched as a new app with new pricing

This developer cannot be trusted because he launched his app, charged money from users, abandoned it, and has since relaunched the same app, again asking for another subscription.
