Description

Pianolo is a music application that offers you various ways to play musical instruments on your iOS device. You'll be able to choose between six instruments that will let you give free rein to your creativity. From both an acoustic and graphic point of view, Pianolo is an absolute delight and offers music lovers a unique experience. Apart from the traditional mode, which allows the player to play any of the six instruments with two octaves and intuitively switch between the octaves and the other instruments, Pianolo also offers three special modes. For technical reasons, these three modes are only available for the iPad.

Supported instruments:
-Piano with six octaves
-Flute with four octaves
-Violin with four octaves
-Guitar with four octaves
-E-guitar with four octaves
-Saxophone with four octaves

Multiplayer mode:
This mode allows two players to play musical instruments together, for example to practice a duet. Both players are given a keyboard that allows them to switch independently between the different instruments and octaves.

Mixed mode:
Gives the player the ability to play two different instruments at the same time. Thanks to two superimposed keyboards, the player can control two octaves of each of the two selected instruments and switch independently between the octaves and instruments on both keyboards.

Four-octave mode:
In this mode, two stacked keyboards are available, as in Mixed mode, with the limitation that it can only be played with the piano and there is no option to switch between the different instruments. This mode is especially suitable for users who only want to play with the piano and want a minimalistic but appealing user interface.

Weremoose ,

It seems like the put effort in to it

What you could add is like what other people said is sustain where the longer you press the longer the note also the other instruments dont really sound realistic.
The octave scroll bar is nice but maybe you could make it in smaller increments because with new iphones you have the tap on the top so it is hard to play. But overall not too bad

Tinkerer. ,

A learning experience.

Who knows, maybe the users will learn to play the piano by using this app. Especially those who are talented, that they can simply play by ear. As for me I just goof around with it. But I do enjoy using the app.
