PhotonCam offers a professional-level camera experience with the following features:
- Capture photos using ProRaw and 48MP on your high-end iPhone. You can also use manual camera controls to capture the perfect shot.
- Capture and edit photos while preserving HDR effect.
- Capture and edit Live Photo to relive the moment you love.
- Enhance your captured or edited photos by adding Frames, giving each image a personalized and distinctive touch. You can also design your unique Frames by setting various styles. Explore the Frame Workshop to start designing your Frames.
- Want some bokeh blur? Portrait mode is right there for you.
- Choose from a variety of built-in filters for use during capture or photo editing.
- Create your own filters using the provided tools, in addition to the built-in options.
- Utilize ACR-level tools to edit photos or filters, including control over lighting, color grading, color mixing, and various other effects.
- As a professional photographer, you can edit your photos and create a Lookup Table Cube using desktop software like Photoshop. You can then import it as a filter, allowing you to shoot in your unique style.
- Import photos from your camera to edit and export using the aforementioned built-in tools.
- Add a date stamp to your photos to create a film-look effect.
You can try the app in Trial mode without any subscription. However, photos saved in Trial mode will have watermarks on them. To access the app's full features, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required.

Version 1.19.0
Thanks for using PhotonCam, this version brings some improvements including:
- Picking images to edit should work as expected with limited photo library permissions. Note that RAW photos and Portrait image photos will be loaded as Edited version, which has restricted features in the editor.
- Support reordering the filter tags in the tags list. Also, you can now creating at most 20 filter tags.
- The gallery page will show the creation date of the top-visible image, helping you to find the image of a specific date.
- Optimize the share experience: the shared photo file will now have a suggested name. Also, now you can sharing RAW file directly to some other third-party apps like Lightroom.
- Support setting default loading version in the photo editor.
- Workaround for a system bug in iOS 18.3: Live Photo Pipeline will not be set up if the Live Photo toggle is off, otherwise the Field of View will be different between the preview and the captured photo.
- You can choose the preferred HDR Gain Map Standard for captured photo(iOS 18+).
- Other bug fixes and improvements.

Breath of fresh air
This is the kind of camera app I have been searching for all along. Something that lets me adjust contrast, tone, color grading. Etc. this is fantastic. The images I can get with this app and a few edits in post far exceed what I get with the native camera app on my iPhone. One thing that would be super helpful would be to offer a live view of the actual scene while creating a LUT rather than a stock photo that does not represent the scene I am actively trying to capture and adjust for. Awesome app though. Well worth the permanent purchase price for me. Thank you so much for creating this app.

Super handy and elegant camera app
I tried this app for a while and I immediately realized that it is the just camera app I was looking for.
I like its ability to edit film simulation and manual mode for photography, I love the nice looking and elegant design.
And the most attractive part is that the developer still works so hard to make it better and powerful.
I really hope the developer can make enough money from this project, so that the app will be continuously improved.
