# Subscription and Terms
PeakWatch is available for free with the option to upgrade to PeakWatch PRO with an auto-renewing subscription. You may switch off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Purchases of PRO subscriptions will be charged using your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew on a monthly or yearly frequency unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If canceled, subscriptions remain valid until the end of the current period, and any unused portions are not valid for a refund.

PeakWatch reads data from HealthKit. All data is stored and processed locally on your device.

Journal and Stress are live now!
We’re excited to introduce PeakWatch v1.2.0, packed with new features to enhance your fitness tracking and recovery insights. Here's what's new:

Journal
- Track Your Habits: PeakWatch reads your workout history to extract different events and analyzes how these events impact your recovery and sleep. You can also add your own event by selecting from our pre-defined events library.
- Insights: Analyze the positive or negative effects of your behaviors on recovery and sleep quality.
- Custom Tags: Personalize your journal with tags specific to your routine.
- You are in full control, all journal logs are stored inside your iCloud drive, nothing is stored on PeakWatch's server.

Stress
Stress has always been the underlying building block that we use to calcuate your body battery.
- Understand Stress Levels: Monitor your most recent stress score inside the Body Battery card on the home screen.
- Detailed Insights: View stress change of the day alongside your body battery change and trends over the week and track stress during sleep to better manage your recovery and performance.

Amazing Tool for Tracking Fitness and Recovery!

I’ve been using PeakWatch for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed the way I approach my workouts and recovery! The app’s ability to analyze my current recovery status and track my activity levels is spot on. It gives me clear insights into when to push myself harder and when to take it easy. The interface is user-friendly, and the data provided is super detailed yet easy to understand. Highly recommend PeakWatch to anyone looking to optimize their fitness routine and overall health!

Exceed expectations

I’ve been looking for an app that helps me track my performance so I can train smarter. I was pretty satisfied with how accurate this is, paring with my Apple Watch S8, it gives me stats on my load, my sleep, my recovery so I can be efficient with my gym workouts. The analysis goes into detail of my endurance and metabolism and even recommends workouts based on my reading. I’m geeking out a bit but this is worth the subscription so far. I’ll keep using and give more feedback.

Totally Amazing!!!

Before using this app, I always thought that the body data detected by Apple Watch could only have those fixed experiences, but after using this app, I found that the data measured by the watch could have so many experiences, and let me know more about my body! I also know more about the positive impact of exercise and regular routine on myself! I hope I can keep it like this!
