PDC 17+

The app has made some nice improvements since it started up. However, a couple things are still lagging behind the website version. 1. The news is never updated on the same pace as the website. I usually have to go to the website to see the most current news. A few hours later, the app will catch up. Generally, apps are updated at the same time. 2. If I’m looking at the calendar of upcoming events, I have to go to the website. The app only has past tournaments and the current one being played. Once those two items are fixed, I’d never have to go to the website.

I would rate this a 5 but the video is so on/off that it’s frustrating. And it happens during every match. Literally just was watching a match and it went to a “no signal” screen and stopped. Tried reloading and got the same screen so it’s not my signal. I’m on high speed WiFi right now.

We pay a premium price for this. And I’ve had the video just stop in the middle of the finals matches. Really??? Just because the match is over in real time doesn’t mean we didn’t want to see it to the end. 🙄

Live streams aren’t working in app. If I go to the PDCTV website I can log in and stream live matches without issue. But no matter how many times I log out and back in or delete and re-download the PDC app, it will not stream the live player.
