Description
The Payentry mobile app offers individuals access to their employee information, and provides employers with a cutting edge time and attendance solution for employees to clock in and out on a tablet in their workplace on the kiosk clock.
Individuals can view all of their employee information in one place. Pay history is available by year, and paystub details are displayed in a graph so individuals can see the allocation of their pay check. When enabled by their employer, individuals can clock in and out using the Time Mgmt capabilities and view their tax forms, such as 1099-M, W-2, and 1095-C. Individuals can view their contact, status & position, accruals, direct deposits, and deductions.
When using the kiosk clock at a business location, individuals can clock in and out for their work shifts. Using a clock ID and facial recognition, the Payentry kiosk clock helps businesses reduce wage and hour fraud. Individuals are able to send a note to their manager and clock in and out of different departments and jobs when applicable. Once an individual has saved a time punch, they’ll immediately see a large message indicating success.

Do Not Like New Format
This takes too long to show whether your punch took or not. Also, there is no ability to approve our time card at the end of a pay period. It’s a bit limited in many ways. I would like to be able to access from home to download pay stubs and also add new direct deposit accounts without having to use a paper form.
Great app, but it keeps signing me out
As far as it being a great app, it displays relevant information in an organized, concise manner. The fact that we can also access tax forms online for recordkeeping is another great feature.
However, a pet peeve of mine is that the app keeps signing me out at random intervals with no consistency whatsoever. I might open the app one day and not have to pull up Google Authenticator. And all of a sudden, the next day I have to sign in and do it all over again. And then it asks me if I want the app to remember being signed in, along if whether I want to use Face ID for future sign-in requests. And some unspecified days later, I open the app and am greeted with a big orange "SIGN IN" button, thereby rendering any of the aforementioned features useless.
I do like using the app when it works as intended. But when it doesn't, that's when it becomes a little irritating to keep having to do this. Therefore, +5 stars for being a great app overall, but -3 stars for non-functional features that are bothersome to handle when they don't work as intended.
Great APP
Our Company has used this for the 14 years I’ve been here. Was great when the APP came available. Notice the comments want the information on the APP that is available from PC or by going to website but it’s not necessary. Never had any issue logging in or with functionality. Guess I’m just smarter than the equipment I’m operating. Great on the go information. Looking forward to your information updates. Thank you for the service. Greatly appreciated.
