Payback - Mobile 4+

I had to do a phone update to get the app to work. But I still find it very hard to search and find the merchants I like to use. If you put the full business name in, they don’t come up, but if you put a few letters in it does, along with a lot of others you have to search through. But my biggest frustration is the merchants don’t know how to use these coupons. We’ve been denied twice now saying they only take paper coupons. I’ve always loved this fundraiser and bought multiple books and this might be my last year. ☹️

While it's nice to have an app like this, the overall user experience is frustrating. Unlike several users, I was eventually able to log in, but that’s where the positives end. The app is difficult to navigate, and it feels like it needs a complete makeover.

One major issue is browsing through stores or restaurants—it’s a hassle to scroll through endless pages just to find what you're looking for. This could be easily fixed with a better filtering or search feature, but as it stands, it's incredibly time-consuming.

I hope the developers prioritize usability in future updates because, in its current form, it’s more of a frustration than a convenience.

I tried to open my app after getting the new 2023 payback book. Cannot even log in. I type my email and then it won’t do anything after the little animation showing it loading. Deleted and redownloaded, still broken. Please fix it. I paid for this book and have used the app a lot for the last three books I got.
