Terrible machine even worse support
Purchased a paybox for a laundry/dryer machine and it dust does not work as it should. Contacted support over a dozen times and haven't gotten anywhere. Instead of considering they might have sent a defective unit the continue to insist that the problem is with every single phone that has been used to try and access the paybox through the app. Very frustrating and unprofessional service
