Patient Engage Mobile lets you easily manage and run your business from anywhere with instant access to your most valuable information: clients, schedule, appointment requests, and two-way text conversations.

The app automatically syncs to your practice management system and Patient Engage portal, giving you all the information and tools you need to seamlessly manage your business right from your smartphone.

The mobile app is free for all Patient Engage customers. All you need is your Patient Engage username and password to get started.

3. View, accept and/or reschedule appointment requests

Not as happy as I was with the app…

Have made several calls to tech support about this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. The schedule downloads to the app ok, but it’s the only thing it does now. No two-way texts, no appointment requests, and definitely no appointment detail when clicking on individual appointment. Quite frankly, I expected better from this app.

Major problems with Requested Appointments

There is a problem with requested appointments. An error is displayed and no requested appointments are displayed. Dentrix tech support was contacted twice about this error. I was informed twice by the “foreign techs” that a senior technician will call me back. I have yet to be contacted by a senior technician to fix the issue. ?Is this what I am paying for??🤬
