PCCU tops for banking
Never have an issue with the last two years versions. Things mentioned before, like remote deposit photos have been long resolved. Instant access to all accounts, transfers, loan applications and inquiries. Add to that the incredibly helpful staff of PCCU and you have a first rate app.
Has ADS/No update available despite it telling you so.
I’ve never had a mobile banking app that has ads in it. Really annoying ads that get in the way of everything. Unlike most apps where you can upgrade to a version without ads, you CANNOT with this one.
Also, I keep getting notified that there are updates available for this app when I open it, but the link tries taking me to Google Play instead of the App Store.
If they could fix those two things (no ads, and update it already) this app would easily get 5 stars. It functions well, it reflects pending transactions and what your balance is before and after it clears. Does all the nifty mobile deposits/transfers. Definitely a solid app. They just need to ditch the ads and either update it or quit trying to have you do so.

I have banked with this credit union since 1993. It started out just for American Postal Workers.
I’ve been taken care of by the same employees 20-25 years.
They treat me like family members they actually like.
