I’ve been sitting at the exit for 45 minutes as of this writing. I am in Mexico with a U.S. phone. The app will not let me on returning a 403 error message. The app doesn’t even ask if you already have an account. It’s log-on options are extremely limited. What junk. The ironic part to this is that Parco has two people at the entrance trying to entice people to download the app. If I spoke English I be sure to tell the people what I thought.

With over one million Americans living in Mexico. And thousands of Americans living in Rosarito Mexico. The inconvenience of having to waste my time to pay 6 pesos when shopping. Do you think you can fix this app so a USA Cell phone number will work. The line at the parking machine is long all the time.
