I’ve been sitting at the exit for 45 minutes as of this writing. I am in Mexico with a U.S. phone. The app will not let me on returning a 403 error message. The app doesn’t even ask if you already have an account. It’s log-on options are extremely limited. What junk. The ironic part to this is that Parco has two people at the entrance trying to entice people to download the app. If I spoke English I be sure to tell the people what I thought.

Hi Goyo! We understand your frustration. Currently, the app accepts only Mexican phone numbers but our team is working on making the necessary improvements and we hope we can offer you a better experience in the future 🙏🏼.

Someone recommended we use this app to reload our transponders for the toll roads. As soon as we put money on all of our PASEs, they all started getting rejected. You had one job Parco.

Customer service is just a bot so thanks for nothing. Don’t bother with this app. I’m only putting one star because you have to in order to submit the review.
