• View balances and transaction history.
• Move money between your accounts.
• Transfer money to other PCFCU members, external accounts or other people.
• Apply for a loan and open new accounts.
• Manage text and email alerts.
• Deposit checks.*
• Temporarily block and unblock your debit/ATM card.
• Pay bills (to existing payees).
• Make a loan payment.
• Send and receive secure messages to/from the credit union.
• Access the app with fingerprint/facial recognition (eligible devices).
• Update contact and login information.

A very modern update, but...

The new update is a major overhaul and improvement over the previous mobile banking app. It provides much more info and features that you can find with larger financial institutions. It really brought the PCFCU app into the current mobile banking era.

BUT... unlike the online banking web interface, mobile banking does not allow custom views to be setup, so all of the accounts my name is on are listed in my default view. It seems locked on the assets/liabilities view. I have to scroll down through all the clutter to get to my main account.

It is nice that i can do a quick-view of my main account balances, but it would be useful to have the same ability to set a different default view on mobile, like you can using online banking.

Great bank

I absolutely love banking with them and of course having the app makes banking even easier. I can pay on my credit card and car loan that are both financed with them without having to use external sites. Just move funds between accounts and sign out. It makes banking less of a hassle and much easier to keep up with. Every time I go into a branch I’m greeted with enthusiasm and helped with the greatest professionalism. Making the switch back to a credit union was the best thing I could have done for my banking experience.

Not every change is an improvement.

Your old software was really fine and I didn’t have any issues with it. Then you “improved it” and did away with the deposit information on pending auto deposits. Now we get info that it’s pending but you took away the date it will be credited. Never take away functionality. Another new thing I don’t like is you combined accounts that have me as a common account holder. I have accounts with two different people. They were separate accounts for a reason yet you decided to put them together so the person on each account could see my financial status on the other account. And when I discovered it and contacted you to undo it, you told me I was stuck with it. The harm was already done and my business was shared with people who didn’t need to know. Go back to the old way. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Thank you for providing your feedback and we are sorry to hear you have not been pleased with our system since it was updated last year. Unfortunately, we were not able to continue to use our previous system and were required to change to a new one. The new system is based on the individual and shows you all the accounts you have under your SSN. No one who is not joint on one of your accounts should have any access to your funds or account information. If you believe someone can view information on one of your accounts and they are not a joint owner of that specific account, please contact us immediately. We have passed along your other feedback to our system provider to consider when making future enhancements.
