Ratings and Reviews
Terrible app
We’ve had good luck with our Mega 2 over the past 4-5 months, but the app is terrible at keeping a bluetooth connection. Come on guys, all the other brands of power stations have a usable app, you can do it. One of the reasons we purchases this Mega 2 was because of the form factor which would fit into a specific space, and the app would keep me from lying on my stomach to see status, etc. please make this app work!
Not happy with this app
App would not connect correctly. I called the company for support and was told we know there is a problem with the app and we are working on it. We will send out an email to all registered uses once we resolve the issues. Well by the looks of the complaints about this app this has been a problem for a few months and is still ongoing. Can not recommend OUPES mega series until this app is fixed. You are not able to make adjustments and are stuck with the default settings. I’ll update the review if OUPES fixes the app.
Garbage
100% will not use this app, not happy at all with data it wants to grab when all I want to due is use Bluetooth only it requires my local network and other things it has no right to know for basic use. 100% not happy with app and will just use the device manually going forward as I cannot trust an app that is barely in English (mostly Chinese). Only reason I got the product is because it had just what I needed at half the price of competition. No plans to buy anything from or active Bluetooth/wifi on unit ever again.
