Great app! I've been looking forward to this for a while. Thanks and keep up the great development into 3.0.
Been waiting for this - and it Works great
Used it on both an iPad and iPhone 3GS w/ios4 - both worked great.
As-is it will be of great use to me and my staff as we all have at least one iDevice per tech. I Look forward to future updates that will hopefully include some ticket search capabilities, attachment capabilities (would be awesome to attach from camera roll or goodreader etc. into a new phone ticket), and better landscape support for menu button page, and hopefully full use of iPad screen real-estate :)
