New app
The app was just redesigned and it is worse than before :/ everything is a day off, my birthday is 6/8 it shows 6/7, scan from tonight (Tuesday) counted for Monday, wont let me change my aligner count… so disappointed as I was really excited to get to use this new app.
The app will drive you mad!
This is by far one of the most frustrating interfaces I have ever worked with!
It is NOT intuitive!
The support documentation is misleading.
You eventually figure it out after multiple exchanges with support (Support are nice and helpful)
You will miss sessions as the app forces a password reset at a fixed interval but is masking it with “Incorrect login”. When you, finally, give up and try to reset via the automated option the reset email does not arrive (Yes! Checked the Spam folder too).
Now your are back at emailing support.
Whatever the medical benefits - you will hate using it!
Hope device works better than app
You have to constantly connect devise to app by putting it back in tray and then lifting out. So basically it never connects. The problem then becomes the use of the device doesn’t get logged ever. PLUS device instructions were useless. Again I hope device works better than app because it’s VERY expensive.
