You can turn off or on the route path. Tracks the pings. If they are set to closer times (2 or 3 min), it uses more battery but gives a more accurate line. To me the path doesn’t matter - it’s where it is when I need to see it. This is accurate. I can send a signal to see where it is and still leave the setting at 10 min. And it pauses when it’s parked. (Good battery saver). This has been great for tracking a parent and helping find them when they were lost.

Blank and frozen screens and no connection between app and tracker after 2 days of charging and 5 hours in the car. One of their “staff” says it needs more time. How much time?

This arrogant staffer named Nick responded to my email that I can’t submit my issue in their app because it doesn’t work by telling me to hit the button. I’m gonna guess Nick is trying to get fired and has no idea how technology or customer service works. Apparently he doesn’t know what it means when someone tells you its not working. He also doesn’t without knowing what screen was blank made up that my wifi must be blocking it yet the other menu pages work. He also made up that a blank screen not working in the app is also because their products need more than 5 hours to connect. I’d love to hear the software developers say explain how that works on one screen.

Does the job for what you get. The hardware installation was easy and has been very reliable. The app worked well but it no longer sends push notifications as it used to…can that be fixed?? Would really like to see more frequent vehicle position updates shown on app’s screen while the vehicle it’s installed in is in motion but perhaps it’s limited on the number of tracking waypoints it uses. Also another feature that could be useful is the ability to see your position relative to the tracker’s position on the map.
