This Updated version is TRASH!!!
First let me say I’ve NEVER left a review on ANY Apps before EVER but this on is so BAD I have too! And I only gave it One star because I didn’t have the option to give ZERO STARS! This App is complete and utter TRASH!! Everything was fine until they updated this App! First I had an issue with logging into the app after the update . I had to call and speak to someone have them stay on the line while I followed the instructions that were given to me . After doing about 7/8 different steps I finally was able to log in again. Now As of yesterday I’m noticing that when I open the app it still says “update now”which then brings you to the App Store you then have to press “Open” then the updated version comes open but you now have 3 pages open just to use one app ! So I thought maybe if I delete the old version of the app I can just download the new version of the app . NOPE you CANNOT!!! I even tried shutting my phone off and turning it back on DID NOT WORK! Now in order for me to use the app I have to go to the App Store and open it!! I don’t know how or who but this needs to be ADDRESSED QUICKLY!!!

In the long run
The upgrade to the new app was frustrating as I was locked out and needed to contact the bank. I think everyone was doing the same thing that day. Now that Everything is fixed I really like the new app. The updates and upgrades are very helpful.

Absolutely horrible
If you have already signed up for Onpath let me just tell you how sorry I am that you have to deal with this kind of trash. If you have not, run don’t walk find another lender. This company is absolutely horrid. You will never be able to get them on the phone. They will ask you to verify yourself 300 times if you do get on the phone and then after that, they will hang up on you. They can’t spell customer service. With it written down in front of them. They really need to be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.
