Great Customer Service and Delivery
I’d like to leave my review on 2 key factors:
1. Delivery: they delivered everything in a timely manner, in great condition, with no damage to our fragile products in our boxes. Tracking worked wonderfully in the process.
2. Customer Service: it was exceptional - with same day answers and great communication in several languages!
from now on, I will only use Onex! Great company to work with!
Terrible service
Terrible service. The app doesn’t refresh with the latest information and status. They have also lost 2 of my packages in the last 3 months and fail to take any accountability even though FedEx confirmed delivery.
Bad service. Use one of their more reliable competitors.
