One link First Alert Thermostat

Unit works. Love the ability to add your own photos that scroll on the display.
However, the software for the indoor thermostat does not recognize the wired sensor on the outdoor heat pump unit.
Unable to see gas daily usage.
Since the app auto updated, we can no longer see monthly run times and can only see one week of electric only (heat pump mode). Upsetting the support seems to be almost nonexistent. Phone support unable to assist and does not research concerns or call back as promised.

Refresh

Compared to the previous version this update though more pleasing to the eye is slow and takes forever to refresh...also when it comes to sending commands to the thermostat for some unknown reason in this update you reversed the send/cancel buttons - these type of things drive seniors absolutely batty...

Absolutely horrible latency problems compared to the last version...your update has all but rendered this app useless...sitting around testing an update with your own constituency - is not a valid field test...

How horrible is this update? I’m removing my thermostat - selling it on eBay getting something with something with a more reliable app...

Good App but No Global Connection

Although you can control your thermostat through their website from any location. This app needs to be on same wifi as home to be connected to thermostat. Which is working on home but very disappointing that you can not control your thermostat from your office or out of town if you need to. Other than app works fine.
