Love One Pass App!
I already loved One Pass prior to the mobile app, but I must say, I love it even more with this new feature! What a convenient way to access all that One Pass has to offer. Especially useful when you need to find a gym on the fly or when traveling. Cant wait to see what else this team has in store for the future!
Horrible
My medical benefits switched to one pass this past year and to say the least customer service is horrible. I’ve had an issue accessing my account due to some issues on there end creating my correct account. I’ve bern trying to get a simple thing like getting logged into my account fixed since Jam1. Almost 2 months and still can’t access my account. Last representative I spoke with hang up on me because they said the system doesn’t recognize your info. Without warning went into a scripted response then hang up on me. I don’t recommend this service to anyone due to poor customer service.
Be very careful with sign up and canceling.
This company is shady shady shady with sign up fees and canceling. They are all about getting your money and fine print. Mistakenly signed up on the last day of the month and got charged for the full month and then the next day got charged for a new month. The fine print was buried in the sign up and so when I called I just got quoted well you agreed you agreed nothing we can do. I said that I’m going to consider canceling and was advised I have to give 30 days notice otherwise I get charged another full month. What an awful way to do business. I just signed up and I fully regret it.
