Description

On Bike Share is used to access the bicycles at your property or campus. Use this App to register for your bike share system and unlock the bikes from the docking rack. All riders will need to accept a waiver and, if required, provide a credit card.

Not great

The app only allows you to access one bike per account. Very inconvenient especially when you pay for two bikes and on the third bike it malfunctions and won’t unlock. So disappointing. Didn’t even get to use the bikes.

Like others, bikes can’t be returned and no way to rent another

Checking out a bike works ok, though 4 out of 5 bikes don’t show up as available even though they are in the rack. Once you return it, it won’t return. Reporting a problem doesn’t help. No one at the hotel knows how to clear the problem. So once you return a bike, you can’t rent another.

Will not let me login

I try to login, but the app doesn’t work. I put down my phones but I cannot submit/go to the next step because when I try to check the terms of service, it won’t let me. This is happening to my friend too. Really frustrating. We tried all day yesterday and nothing.
