Omnicharge 4+

If I could give this company zero stars, then I would. My friend had used the OmniCharging device to charge her computer. When she was done we headed to the charging station to disconnect from the app. I am deeply disappointed in the amount of time it took to disconnect from this device. If we had not disconnected then she would be charged $200. We had to send an email to support about this issue and never heard a response. There is not a name nor a phone number for who owns this company. I am frustrated for the amount of time taken to disconnect from the app. As a company this is very unprofessional and there needs to be a change in communication and technological skills. I will not be using this charging anymore and I do not suggest anyone using this company, unless you want to be scammed.

I tried using the charger and it wouldn’t connect at all. Either it would say that the charger is already rented even though the damned devices is in my hands or it wouldn’t connect. I tried 4 or 5 chargers but they wouldn’t connect at all. I can’t even report the issue because it says “no history”. I wish there was something called zero stars to give.

This app works with Omnicharge’s Power Station to let us provide mobile power to users with a self checkout system. The app is simple to use, the service is great, and users love it. Highly recommended.
