IM:Employees can communicate with each other by IM.
News Room:Newsroom sections are where team members receive informational journalists about company events, accolades, company updates, company brand story or philosophy.
Learning Management System: Learning Management System is a software application that provides the framework that handles all aspects of the learning process – it’s where trainers and trainees house, deliver, and track training contents.
Support Ticket: A help desk ticketing system that collects and tracks all employee support interactions from various channels—phone, chat widget, email, and internal request, etc. This also enhance communication experience and needs between requestor and supporter.
