App itself still buggy
I love olens and was so excited to see that they have an app now because it’ll be so much easier. not the case tho. the navigation options weren’t as convenient as the website (such as last chance/clearance or searching for contact according to diameter). it was freezing a lot and taking a long time between each click/step to actually buy the contacts which made me extremely frustrated and actually stopped me from buying my order because it was just too annoying. this is just my experience with the app itself. I will always buy my contacts from olens and I love it to death but the app needs some working on. (also thank you for 20% off)
Great site, AWFUL APP!
The website and products are fantastic and stellar quality, but this app is buggy and clunky and 1000% awful. It’s like from eons past and it makes me not want to order anything when I had to reload the app 10 times (hard reset) to LOG IN.
