Useless
The sounds and the frequency are really good, but the phone needs to be open, and the app needs to be open for it to operate. don’t try to sleep with this thing on your charger because the app uses so much energy your phone will actually drain overnight… this app needs to be updated to operate when the phone is in sleep mode.
